Some outcomes: - Licensed strategy and organizational development IP to third party consultants that resulted in 1) a seven-figure sum of billable hours within 18 months for for-profit clients and 2) increased donations from $200,000 to $3MM in 24 months to a non-profit client. - Strategy and organizational development consulting services helped increase client’s customer base from 30,000 to 1MM in 18 months; client subsequently went IPO utilizing IP. - Facilitated development and supported execution of 50+ business and organization strategies and 200+ strategic and operational initiatives that span across multiple leadership regimes and strategic dimensions, estimated combined value of $500MM. - Organizational analysis and leadership alignment workshops justified ten restructures of executive leadership and management teams, mitigating risks to strategic execution.
