The Troon Country Club and Resort is where Chef Hills most recently held the position of Executive Pastry Chef. She worked privately with My Sweet Blessings Bakery and is currently opening her own specialty bakery café. She is part of the team that teaches the Commercial Baking classes. Chef Hills is a graduate of our program where she completed her AAS degree prior to getting into the industry.
